How quickly can a game go live?
A Ready-to-Play game is ready to launch in two to four working days once we have your logo. Tailor-Made takes three to six weeks.
When does the campaign duration start?
The duration starts at launch, not when you order. You can prepare a game early and launch it later.
Where are the games hosted?
In Germany. We can enter into a data processing agreement on request; a deletion plan for participant data is included.
Do I need a consent banner?
Not with the standard setup. We use cookie-free Matomo tracking.
Can I upgrade to a customised game later?
Yes. If you upgrade to Tailor-Made within six months, we credit the Ready-to-Play price you have already paid towards your new game.
Which devices do the games run on?
On smartphones, tablets and desktops, directly in the browser with no installation. An event mode is available for shared devices at trade fairs.
